Tax Credits and Finishing the Return

This training session will cover key tax credits and provides a comprehensive overview of how to read a completed tax return and explain it to other volunteers and clients. We highly encourage new volunteers to complete the “Filing Status, Dependents, and Income Documents,” training session before they start this one. First-time volunteers without tax experience are recommended to complete this training in preparation for the IRS Basic Exam.
